Nokia Lumia 900 delayed by AT&T?

Before introducing the rumored Nokia Prodigy and Nokia AC/DC, AT&T first has to release the Lumia 900, announced back January since it's first Windows Phone handset from Nokia.
Initially, we’ve heard that the Lumia 900 would become offered by AT&T starting March 18, for only $99.99 on contract. Unfortunately for those who are eagerly waiting the smartphone, it lookslike this won’t happen.
Based on BGR, the Nokia Lumia 900 hasn't “received technical acceptance” from AT&T yet. Because of this, its launch may be delayed, reportedly until April 22. It remains to be noticedif this sounds like true or not.
The Lumia 900 features LTE connectivity, a 4.3 inch WVGA ClearBlack AMOLED display, Nokia Drive, 8MP rear camera with Carl Zeiss optics and dual LED flash, 1.3MP front-facing camera, 1.4GHz single-core processor, 512MB of RAM, 16GB of non-expandable memory, plus a 1,830 mAh battery.
Another new LTE-capable Windows Phone Mango device that’s not far off to AT&T will be the HTC Titan II. Unlike the Nokia Lumia 900, the Titan II might getthe chance to hit the shelves on March 18.
